My professional journey also includes working for the Department of Education, where I was directly involved in developing the Apprenticeship programme. As a current Apprenticeship Programme Ambassador, I actively hold talks to raise awareness and promote these vital career pathways. Through partnerships with local organisations across Telford and the wider region, I leverage this expertise to create mentorship pathways that connect young people with professionals and diverse career opportunities.
